DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery
All stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Made to order items are dispatched within 3-4 weeks.
Unfortunately we cannot currently ship larger items internationally or to Republic of Ireland.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on all stock items. Simply get in touch with us within 14 days at kord-design@outlook.com and send your item back to us in saleable condition and in the same packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Damages
We check every item before shipping. This means damages and incorrect items are a rarity, however, if this is the case we ask you contact us immediately at kord-design@outlook.com. This must be done as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Thereafter we will arrange for the item to be delivered back to us and a new item shipped out.
We suggest upon delivery that you check your items for any damage. If this for any reason is not possible, please sign as ‘not seen’. Once goods have been checked and signed for, KORD can take no responsibility for damages or loss.
Cancellation
At any time before the item is dispatched you may cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us at kord-design@outlook.com
PRIVACY POLICY
Our past and future customers are incredibly important to us and our business won't be sustainable without retaining some personal data where appropriate. We retain personal data on a contract and legitimate interest basis.
We retain personal data on a secure server in order to create and grow our mailing list (legitimate interest) and in order to post orders out to our customers (contract).
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list we will hold the following information: your name and your email address. This will enable us to keep in touch with you (as you have agreed).
If you place an order with us, we will hold the following information: your name; your address; and your email address. This will enable us to post out your order and keep in touch with you in the future.
If at any point in time you want us to delete the personal information we have described above, then you can 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any of our mail-outs you receive, or you can email directly to kord-design@outlook.com
WHOLESALE
If you would like to stock KORD we are also able to supply our products on a wholesale basis. Contact us directly at kord-design@outlook.com for trade prices and terms
